Mission Statement
At Hope Alliance Bible Church, our mission statement is:
Developing Disciples Who Live and Love Like Jesus
Mission Strategy
We seek to live out our mission statement in a variety of ways.
1. Outreach Events – Marriage & Family Seminars, Basketball & Summer Camps, Afterschool Programs, Skills Enhancement and Job Training Seminars
2. Invitation – Inviting people to our worship services and becoming a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ
3. Involvement in the Discipleship Process – Bible Study, Mentoring, Coaching, Small Groups, and Ministry Involvement
4. Mature Believer – Become a mature believer who is committed to reproducing Great Commission Christians who will become involved in the life change process and community transformation
Core Values
In addition to our mission strategy, we also hold to a certain list of core values.
1. Lost people matter to God. He wants them found (Luke 19:10).
2. Prayer is the primary work of the people of God (Phil. 4:6-7).
3. Everything we have belongs to God. We are only stewards (1 Chronicles 29:14).
4. Knowing and obeying God’s Word is fundamental to all true success (Joshua 1:8).
5. Completing the Great Commission requires the mobilization of every fully devoted disciple (Matt. 28:18-20).
6. Without the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, we can accomplish nothing (1 Corinthians 2:4-5).
7. Achieving God’s purposes involves taking faith-filled risks. This always involves change (Hebrews 11:6).
